If there is one thing that I know all about, it is going to be fashion and jewelry. I also really know how to find a bargain when I am looking for one. This beautiful bracelet is by far one of a kind and it is so stylish and chic, it basically screams fashion and that is the type of jewelry that I could die for!

The braided cuff features about twenty three braided leather strands which are held together by a 2 ½ metal magnetic clasp. The entire length is about 7 ¼ inches. The price is right, the color is so chic and it looks great on!

Tantalizing Titanium Designs for the Ladies

If you are at all interested in contemporary jewelry created out of innovative metals, then you are likely well aware of the Spectore Corporation, which has long been at the forefront at this particular field. Especially, Spectore is very well known for designing jewelry collections featuring titanium. Until quite recently, however, those collections have been solely for the guys.

Finally, however, much to the delight of women and jewelry lovers all over the world, Spectore is taking the girls into consideration. The new line, just for women, is created by Edward Mirell and as such, it is called Mirella.

As you can see, the pieces currently available are nothing less than intriguing. The rings in the collection feature a signet style, layers and cutouts are seen all throughout the collection, and patterns are abundantly featured — such as with this titanium pendant, with its gorgeous, innovative tiger pattern.

The big difference? This titanium line incorporates all the style of those seen by Tarditi and Stephen Webster, yet promise to be extremely affordable.

Feel Like a Star with Starhaven’s New Collection

Silver, silver, silver — in jewelry, silver is the new black, if you will. It emerged as a growing trend this spring, and thus far during the summer, it has shown no signs of stopping, which is quite excellent for those of us who are so fair skinned we tend to look rather sallow in yellow golds.

What you are seeing here is Starhaven’s new collection, Starlets. If you do not know Starhaven, you better learn quick, especially if you adore silver jewelry. Better still, these pieces are extremely affordable, retailing for only a little over one hundred dollars, which is a great deal for something this trendy, edgy, and unquestionably well made.

This particular Wizard of Jewelry is particularly fond of the gorgeous Fleur de lis necklace pictured here, but you have to admit that all of them are positively to die for.

Judith Ripka: Affordable Couture

It can be extremely difficult to find designer jewelry that does not necessarily have to cost an arm and a leg. Oh, you can find designer knock offs, but I mean real, high quality jewelry, well made and exquisitely designed. Browsing around today, I found one possible exception to that rule: Judith Ripka.

Her design aesthetic is sort of a … medieval couture, I’d call it. It is unquestionably original, the designs edgy yet elegant, but there is definitely a touch of ornate decadence in a lot of her pieces. Check out this ring:

The Cushion Stone Ring. The stone in question is quartz, in mint green. As you can see, however, in certain lights it is apt to look almost chartreuse, which is always an intriguing color due to its connotations and associations. It has diamond accents as well. The setting is sterling silver and eighteen carat gold. As you can also see, the styling is extremely ornate, but not to the point of being too busy, too much.

One of the best parts? It is less than four hundred dollars. In fact, Judith Ripka has pieces in a broad range of prices. It covers just about every imaginable amount between $225.00 and over $10,000.00. There is something to fit every price range!

Baby Phat Jewelry

I’m a big fan of Baby Phat clothing and Baby Phat Lingerie, but I’m not too sure about Baby Phat Jewelry… I was browsing the Palm Beach Jewelry website and even though the Baby Phat pieces are extremely affordable (budget jewelry is the right word I think) I’m not that convinced…

Let’s take a look at one or two pieces from the Baby Phat Jewelry collection…

Baby Phat Logo Watch

The famous feline logo looks pretty in this watch generously filled with Swarovski-crystals. This is by far my favorite from the collection!

Baby Phat Logo Gold Ring

This is a perfect example of what I don’t like about Baby Phat. They’re overblinging. This looks as cheap as it is — $15. You can even do it in installments, haha!

What you pay is what you get, no?
